The Greenhouse
Our glass-walled garden room, wrapped in herbs and morning light. Perfect for intimate dinners and milestone birthdays.
Now serving our Autumn Harvest tasting menu — Thursday through Sunday.
Cedar Hollow · Est. 2019
A working-farm kitchen where the menu is written by the harvest. We cook what’s ripe this week, from growers you could visit before dinner.
Our story
Maison Verde began when a chef and a market gardener decided the shortest route from soil to plate should also be the most delicious. We took over a tired barn at the edge of Cedar Hollow, planted a two-acre kitchen garden, and built the menu around whatever came up.
Today we cook alongside a dozen neighbouring farms, a cheesemaker, and an apiary — most within a thirty-mile drive. Nothing travels far, everything is picked at its peak, and the menu shifts with the weeks. It means no two visits are quite the same, and that’s exactly the point.

Kind words
“You can taste how close the garden is. The tomato starter tasted like it was picked an hour before — because it probably was.”
“We took the Cellar Table for my mother's birthday. Family-style, endless plates, and the team treated us like neighbours. Unforgettable.”
“The tasting menu is a genuine journey through the season. Ask for the paired pours — every glass came from a farm you could almost see.”
