Turn passing trade into regulars

For cafés, restaurants, takeaways, bakeries and independent shops. A website that sells the place properly, local visibility that brings people through the door, and Coco Card rewards that turn a good first visit into a habit - built and run by one person, for a fixed monthly.

Sound familiar?

The problems I hear from shops & hospitality

Your menu lives in a photo from last spring

Prices changed, the photo didn't. New customers can't see what you sell, when you're open or how to order - so they pick somewhere that shows them.

The chains and the apps get the search

Someone nearby searches 'coffee near me' or 'food open now' and the screen fills with chains and delivery apps taking a cut. Your place deserves that click.

Great first visits, no second ones

People love the place, mean to come back, and forget. Paper stamp cards drown in the wash - and you never learn who your regulars actually are.

The growth system

Get found. Get chosen. Brought back.

One platform doing three jobs for your place - and for shops & hospitality, each job is tuned to how your customers actually decide.

Get found

The people already walking and searching nearby should find your place first - with the right hours, the real menu and photos that do it justice.

  • A fast site with menus you update from your phone
  • Google Business Profile tuned and kept current
  • Honest local SEO - no ranking promises, just the groundwork done properly

Get chosen

When someone compares three places on their phone, reviews and a menu they can actually read win. I make choosing you the easy option.

  • Review requests after visits - public link for everyone, private feedback alongside
  • Menus and ordering links people can actually use
  • A site that looks as good as the food

Bring them back

Repeat visits are the whole game in hospitality. Coco Card gives every good visit a next step.

  • Coco Card stamps and rewards at the till
  • Vouchers and seasonal promotions to a list you own
  • A monthly offer that nudges the quiet days
Coco Card

Stamps, rewards and reasons to come back

Coco Card is the loyalty side of the platform: one card in your customer's phone Wallet, with your stamps and rewards on it. Every visit is a quick tap at the till; every full card is a booked-in return visit.

Stamps at the till

A QR tap when they pay - no app for customers to download, no hardware for you to buy.

Vouchers & seasonal promotions

Easter, summer, the January slump - send an offer to the list you own, exactly when you need the boost.

Rewards you set

Every tenth coffee, a free pastry after five visits - your rules, your margins, changed whenever you like.

Found by card holders nearby

Coco Card holders can discover participating local places - so the card that keeps your regulars also introduces new ones.

One card. More local favourites.

Customers carry one Coco Card for all their local favourites, but your stamps, rewards and customer list stay entirely yours. It's loyalty and discovery, never payments - no money lives on the card.

Your package

One package, three sizes

Every plan is the same platform - website, local visibility, Coco Card and reviews, run for you. For shops and hospitality, the emphasis is menus, footfall and repeat visits.

Hub

£149 setup + £49/month

The platform on the site you've got - menus sorted, Google profile tuned, Coco Card live at the till.

Grow

£499 setup + £129/month

A new site built to sell your place, plus the monthly offers and seasonal promotions run for you.

Complete

£899 setup + £229/month

Adds commission-free online ordering, gift vouchers, win-back offers and multi-location support.

Coco Card and the reviews journey are included in every plan - they are the point, not an upsell. Every price is fixed in writing before I start, and the only guarantee I make is real: live within 14 days of getting your content, or your first month is free.

Working demos

Don't imagine it - click it

The Daily Grind café and Saffron Table restaurant on my work page are complete working demos - order-ahead with a real basket, reservations, live menus, loyalty stamps. They're demonstration builds I made to show what's possible, clearly labelled as such - click around them like a customer would.

Straight answers

Shops & hospitality questions, answered

We've done paper stamp cards for years. What's different?

Coco Card lives in your customer's phone - and Apple & Google Wallet where available - so it never goes through the wash - and it gives you something paper never could: a list of your regulars that you own. You can see visits building, send a voucher or a seasonal offer, and every full card is a reason to come straight back. Your rewards stay entirely yours - other businesses on Coco Card run their own.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The card installs to the phone from a link or QR code (and saves to Apple or Google Wallet where available), and stamping is a quick scan at the till. No app store, no passwords, no hardware to buy.

Is Coco Card a payment or gift card?

No - it never takes payments and never stores money. It holds stamps, rewards and offers, and that's all it will ever do. Gift vouchers are a separate, optional Complete feature handled properly through your payment provider.

What does it cost for a café, takeaway or shop?

Hub - the platform on your existing site - is £149 setup + £49/month. Most places pick Grow (£499 + £129/month) for the new site build and the monthly offers run for you. Fixed in writing before I start - and if you're not live within 14 days of getting me your content, your first month is free.
