One card. More local favourites.
Coco Card puts every local loyalty card on one phone: your customers carry a single card, and every business inside it - cafe, barber, salon, tutor, trade - keeps its own rewards, its own branding and its own rules. I build it, brand it as yours and run it for you.
A Third Coconut product, built and run in-house - rolling out with founding local businesses now.

How it works for customers
No app store, no password, no eleventh paper card. Three steps and they're a member.

Your next treatment is on us
Scan the counter QR
Point your camera at the code by the till. No app store, no password - the card opens in the browser and saves straight to the phone.
One card for every favourite
Every participating business lives in the same card - the cafe's stamps, the barber's visits, the salon's offers - each in its own colours, each kept separate.
Rewards and offers in one place
See how close every reward is and catch offers from the independents nearby - nothing to keep in a wallet, nothing to lose in a drawer.
Your programme, not a points scheme
Coco Card gives every business its own programme inside one shared card - your branding, your rules, and one network of local discovery underneath.

The Daily Grind
6 to go
Your own programme
You're not joining someone else's points scheme. Stamps, visit rewards, rebooking nudges, milestones - your rewards, your rules, and I set the whole thing up for you.
Your branding, your rules
Your customers see your name, your colours and your reward. Coco Card is the quiet layer underneath that makes it all work - the relationship stays entirely yours.
One network of local discovery
Because customers carry one card, they can find you through it. Your profile sits alongside other local independents - shared discovery, never shared points.
Good for the business, good for the customer
A loyalty card only works if both sides genuinely want it in their day. Here's what each side gets.
For your business
- A loyalty programme that runs on the phones you already have - no till gadget, no tablet rental
- Your brand on the card - customers see your name, not mine
- A customer list you own, exportable any time
- Discovery: Coco Card holders nearby can find your profile
- A weekly Regulars Report in pounds - who came back, who's slipping
- Win-backs and birthday treats sent automatically
- Set up, branded and run for you - your staff learn one thing: scan
For their customers
- One card instead of ten paper ones - it lives on their phone
- 15-second joins at the till - no app needed
- Every business's rewards stay separate - cafe stamps never blur into barber visits
- One card for the whole street - finish a card at the cafe and it can unlock a bonus at the barber, as street perks roll out
- Reward progress and offers in one place
- A way to discover more independents nearby
- Free for customers, always - and never a payment card
Stamps are just the beginning
Coco Card adapts to how your trade actually works - it's never one-size-fits-all.
Cafes & coffee shops
Stamp cards
Nine coffees, the tenth on the house - the classic, minus the soggy paper card.
Barbers
Visit rewards
Count visits, not spend - every sixth cut free, or a treat that lands right when they're due back in the chair.
Salons & beauty
Rebooking rewards
Reward clients for booking the next appointment before they leave - the habit that keeps a diary full.
Trades
Referrals & service reminders
A boiler service comes round every year - Coco Card remembers, nudges the customer, and rewards the neighbour they refer.
Tutors & classes
Milestones
Celebrate the tenth lesson or a finished term - small recognitions that keep students (and parents) coming back.
The card lives on the web. The app makes it stick.
Your customers never have to download anything - they scan your counter QR and the card opens instantly in their browser. The Coco Card app is the retention layer on top: their card one tap from the home screen, your local map in their pocket, and every reward tracked in one place.
In the app today
- Your branded Coco Card with a live, rotating QR
- Discover local businesses on an interactive map
- Track every programme's progress in one place
- One passwordless sign-in - no password to forget
Rolling out

- An offline card that works with no signal
- Biometric lock and in-app QR scanning
In final testing. Built and running on the same live backend as the web card - now in final testing ahead of the App Store and Google Play. The web card works today; no download required.
The counter kit, in the post
Coco Card isn't only pixels. Every programme ships with a printed kit in your branding: a counter stand carrying your QR, a window sticker, and a one-page staff guide. Customers join at the till, not from a link buried in an email.
- Counter stand with your QR code
- Window sticker for the door
- One-page staff quick-guide
Where Coco Card is today
Coco Card is a Third Coconut product, built in-house and rolling out now with founding local businesses. The card, the discovery map and the shared backend are live; the native app is built and in final testing. I won't invent a network size or paste fake logos here: if you join now you're early, you talk directly to me, and your customers get the card from day one.
The essentials, answered
Is Coco Card a payment card?
No, and it never will be. It stores no money, takes no payments and holds no card details. It's a loyalty and discovery card: rewards, offers and a way to find local independents.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your counter QR once and the card opens in the browser, saves to their phone, and can be added to Apple or Google Wallet where available.
Do points move between businesses?
No. Every business's rewards are its own - stamps at the cafe can't be spent at the barber. One card is a convenience for the customer, never a shared currency.
What does it cost my customers?
Nothing, ever. No consumer subscription, no premium tier, no ads.
What does it cost my business?
It's included FREE in every plan here - it's part of the growth system, not an add-on you pay extra for. If you only want the loyalty card and already have a website, you can get it on its own at thecococard.com: free until your first 25 members, then from £19 a month, with no setup fee.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. The names and visit history your programme collects are your list - exportable any time, never sold, and never shared with other businesses on the network.
More detail - data, GDPR, leaving, reviews policy - lives on the full Coco Card FAQ.
