The approach
The design is hi-vis on steel: industrial navy panels, safety-amber accents, condensed uppercase type and unmissable call-to-action buttons. It signals 'professional outfit with proper vans', which is exactly what wins emergency work against a mobile number scribbled on Gumtree.
The instant quote tool gives honest ballpark ranges for common jobs - the single biggest trust move a trade can make online. The live job tracker ('your engineer is 20 minutes away') borrows the Uber pattern to kill the where-are-they anxiety, and the service-area map makes 'do you cover me?' a two-second answer.
