A vet practice site that treats owners gently too
Paws & Claws is a veterinary concept with appointment booking, pet health plans, clear service pages and a pet-care app - warm and reassuring for owners, structured and practical underneath.

The brief
People visit a vet's website at their most anxious. The brief: a practice site that lowers the heart rate - warm, clear, obviously competent - while quietly handling the practice's commercial engine: appointments and monthly health plans.
The approach
A cream-and-teal palette with rounded type and honest pet photography keeps it warm rather than clinical. Emergency information is always one glance away, because that's the moment that decides which practice a new owner phones.
Appointment booking is structured by pet and reason for visit, so triage starts before the phone rings. The health plans section turns sporadic visits into monthly membership - the model modern practices run on - and the pet-care app companion handles reminders, records and repeat prescriptions.
